Returns
Our products can be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Non-returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, opened chemical products, or customized items. Please contact our support team if you have questions about a specific item.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same product, email us at support@globalresearchchem.com.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
